  SO DISAPPOINTED! I love donuts and Dunkin' Donuts was my place to go for breakfast to a quick sweet fix but this place is the worst, terrible service, they gave me the wrong order like my last visit they gave me 2 nasty stale donuts which wasn't the ones I asked for and, a muffin completely raw in the middle!!!. No more Dunkin Donuts for me!!

  They have got to be pumping something through the vents here that makes their employees stupid. It's probably the same thing in the air that guarantees your food is going to be burnt Every. Single. Time. I'm not talking "well done," either- I happen to like my food a little crispy, but even I have trouble stomaching a breakfast sandwich with an inch thick ring of BLACK around the edges. I only stop here if I'm running late and desperate, which I've realized is a mistake in and of itself because if you weren't late and pissed off before you entered this place you're going to be by the time you leave. I hope DD offers health insurance because every employee in here seems to have an condition where they can't close their mouths and should probably have that looked at. They'll stand there, slack jawed and dull eyed, and then switch employees at the register mid-order because the person who was originally "helping" (I use that term loosely here) needs to go have a smoke break, as this job at a fast food place is apparently very stressful. I've given up trying to order my usual, an iced chai, because they don't know how to make one. Yes, I'm serious. I had a girl at the register look me dead in the face and tell me I couldn't have an iced chai because she "didn't know how to make that." IT'S CHAI TEA POURED OVER ICE. ICED. CHAI. TEA. Just, long story short, please do not waste your time here. There's another DD up the road and if you have even ten minutes, it's beyond worth it to go there instead.
